Collaborate with Maidaan
Freelancers, studios, and people who just like thinking out loud.
You don’t need to work here to work with us.
We work with independent specialists, studios, and people with an idea worth discussing, when a brief needs skills we do not keep in-house. Introduce your work, explore a partnership, or send us an idea. A founder reads every submission.
How would you like to collaborate?
Pick a lane. Or don’t.
Three kinds of people usually land on this page.
01
The freelancer
“I do motion, mostly. Sometimes more.”
Illustrator, editor, dev, strategist, whatever your craft, we keep a running list of people to call when a brief needs a specific hand.
02
The agency
“Five of us. Different strengths than yours.”
Overflow work, joint pitches, referrals both ways. Two teams can serve one client better than one team trying to do everything alone.
03
The one who just wants to talk
“Got an idea. No idea what to do with it.”
No ask, no agenda. Some of our best thinking has come from conversations that started with absolutely nothing on the table.
// whoever you are, the message gets read.
Why this page exists
Strong work often needs a specialist, a partner team, or an outside point of view. We keep this channel open so those relationships do not have to start with a live vacancy or a formal brief.
So the door stays open. On purpose. Even in the weeks we’re not looking for anything at all.
// bring the weird idea. we mean it.
In practice
Common ways we collaborate.
Not an exhaustive list. Just the shapes it’s taken before.
Overflow work
When a brief needs a skill or capacity outside our core team, we contact specialists whose work fits the requirement.
Joint pitches
We partner when the combined team gives the client a stronger solution, with roles and ownership agreed early.
A referral, either way
When a brief is not right for us but a trusted partner is better suited, we make an introduction. We welcome the same in return.
A short introduction is enough.
