What this site is
General information about our services, not professional advice, and not an offer capable of acceptance. Actual client engagements are governed by separate written agreements, the kind with real signatures, not a webpage a bot can read in forty milliseconds.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and branding here belong to Maidaan unless stated otherwise. Read it, share it, link to it. Do not copy it wholesale or use our name to imply a relationship that does not exist.
If it feels like something you would not want done to your work, do not do it to ours.
Acceptable use
- Do not break, probe, or overload the site
- Do not use the contact form for spam, malware, or anything unlawful
- Do not scrape it for reasons that would make a privacy lawyer sigh
Third-party links
We link out to places like founder portfolios and Instagram. Once you step off our patch of grass, that site’s own terms apply, not ours. Judge each on its own merits, as you would a buffet.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We keep it accurate and available on purpose, but cannot promise it will be error-free or immune to the general chaos of the internet. If it breaks, we will fix it. We just cannot swear to it in writing with a straight face.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Maidaan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site. If one clause here is unenforceable, the rest still stands, the way a broken zipper does not mean you throw out the whole jacket.
Governing law
Indian law applies, and disputes fall under the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. We would genuinely rather this card never gets read closely by anyone, including us.
Changes
Updates land here with a fresh effective date, not buried in an email you will never open. Using the site afterward means you accept them.
